HQF AGRICOLA – MARANGO
In the HQF Agricola estate, in the province of Viterbo, cattle are raised using the traditional method. Each garment grows in the wild and follows a Marango Fioc diet, certified and balanced and designed to increase the level of Omega 3, the level of infiltration and sweetness. This guarantees the welfare of the animals and gives them an excellent level of marbling, so the meat is greasy, savory and tender at the same time. Marango is our Italian supply chain project, born from the cross between a pure Black Angus and Friesian and Maremma mares.
