HQF Agricola: How we raise our Marango

Simone Cozzi – CEO of High Quality Food – talks about the social ethical project of HQF Agricola, born with a clear value proposition, and the first production started: the Italian Marango.

A zootechnical production located in the Norchia territory, endowed with a natural minerality of the earth that makes it particularly suitable for animal breeding.

Our Marango is raised in the wild for 6/7 months and follows the certified Marango Fioc Life diet which allows us to describe the Omega 6 of meat and increases Omega 3.

The result is a tender and perfectly marbled meat.
